The project of the House on Voznesenskaya was conceived with the aim of combining present-day demands with the architectural traditions of old Perm. The architectural appearance of the building in Lunacharsky Street, 32A completely conforms to the historical landscape of the neighborhood. Stylistics of the classicism of the XIX century, in which the facade of the house is performed, allows it to seamlessly fit into the old building environment of Sibirskaya Street. The upper part of the building is crowned by a dome with a spire, which the architects have designed as the centerpiece of the neighborhood. Such a decorative element was chosen not incidentally; as a matter of fact, namely at this place there formerly stood the highest building in the Perm province – five-domed Resurrection Church with a bell tower.
The project of the club house illumination is implemented by the lighting company IntiLED in December 2016. The main objective of the concept was to emphasize the classical architecture of the building in evening time and to create a visual comfort for the apartment tenants. The color temperature of the illumination was chosen to be a warm white color of 3000K, consonantly matching to the finished facade of clinker and creating a feeling of coziness and comfort.
More than one hundred IntiSTARK series floodlights and IntiLINE series luminaires having 30, 60 and 100 cm lengths, located on the second and third levels and directed upwards, highlight the tectonics of the building and form a panoramic perception of the object. In addition, narrow-beam IntiSTARK accentuate balconies located on all sides of the club house. Compact IntiROLL series floodlights with 60°-optics are built into the molding along the perimeter of the first floor, visually highlighting it. IntiGROUND series luminaires also with 60° optics illuminate the front entrance from the ground.

The House on Voznesenskaya is a unique project in the Perm real estate market, setting the high bar of club house building. All highest requirements for prestigious location, the elegance of architectural forms, the organization of a comfortable living space have been embodied in the construction of the building.
