The results of the LIT Awards, an international award for innovative lighting design projects, were announced yesterday. The award recognizes talented designers and lighting professionals. We warmly congratulate all the winners, including our partners. We value and enjoy being part of meaningful projects together with you.
- The Lakhta Centre project from Licht Vision won in the Exterior Architectural Lighting category. The mixed-use complex impressed the jury with its holistic approach to lighting, creating a complete lighting story for each element of the building.
- In the Landscape Lighting category, Immanuel Kant Island project in Kaliningrad by Sergey Ludvig and MYMAF won. The project's lighting solution is based on creating holistic lighting and with a focus on the Cathedral as the main attraction of the complex.
- We were particularly proud of the jury's high praise for LIGHTCAD Software Suite in the Honorable Mentions category. The transition project "Iset Tower" also earned an Honorable Mention.
The results of the award confirm that lighting design in Russia is developing rapidly, creating worthy competition, admiring the variety of lighting solutions in projects and the quality of lighting fixtures. And if the main idea of the award: "Lighting is both art and science", then all participants have coped with this perfectly well.
