• Lighting Concept:
  When developing this project, the designers adhered to principles of maximum respect for the historical fabric of St. Petersburg. They succeeded in preserving the authenticity of the façade’s architectural articulation while highlighting the status of the property as a premium business center.
• Details:
  • Warm light gently reveals the volumetric and spatial structure of the façade.

  • The cornices are illuminated with SLIM linear luminaires, creating a continuous, uniform light line along the entire perimeter.

  • The wall piers between the windows are accentuated with compact KUB fixtures, forming expressive vertical beams that visually increase the building’s height.

  • In the evening, the stucco elements and window rhythms become more defined and visually richer.

  • The upper cornice appears to float due to precisely aimed light beams.

  • At night, the building is perceived as a restored European-style mansion—restrained, well-proportioned, yet featuring a contemporary lighting solution.
• Control System:
  The equipment operates using the DALI protocol. The following lighting scenarios are implemented:

  • Standby Mode: Minimal illumination level with emphasis on the cornices.

  • Evening Mode: Primary mode with full output.

  • Night Mode: Dimmed to 30% to reduce impact on the residential environment.
