Multi-Purpose Complex Savelovsky City has become one of the key elements of the comprehensive renovation of the former industrial zone bordering the railways of Savelovsky direction in Moscow.
Proximity to the railway predetermined the composition of the whole complex – six rectangular units, faced to the railways for better noise insulation, have occupied almost the entire reconstruction site minus the necessary roads and planting.
Simple shape of the buildings allowed concentrating all attention on facade solutions, in which parallel and perpendicular divisions form an elegant geometrical ornament.
Each of the complex units has its own unique design, composed of the dumb and glass surfaces, emphasis on the lower and upper parts of the building. And thanks to the suspended facades made of metal panels repeating each element of the cladding, the complex has received the third dimension.
The meter and rhythm of the vertical partition alternations of the King unit has emphasized the light solution implemented on IntiLED equipment.
Red color was chosen for illumination, which harmonized with the chocolate facade finish, creating a stylish evening image. IntiSTARK spotlights are installed on the roof parapet along the entire perimeter of the building. Narrow angle 10° of descending lighting, as well as a customized (extended) installation kit allows eliminating the glaring effect, creating visual comfort for the employees of the Multi-Purpose Complex.
114 IntiTUBE lamps of 40 cm and 130 cm length create a continuous light line along the upper edge of the technical floor.
The Briolight company has supplied the equipment.
