Lighting Concept:
Our primary idea was to create without destroying! — to preserve the uniqueness of the architectural concept, its authenticity, and the integrity of the façades and landscape design solutions. The goal was to develop a lighting identity capable of effortlessly directing attention not so much to the lighting itself, but to the overall image of the residential complex.

Details:
To achieve the set objectives, it was decided to combine various types of lighting equipment mounted on six-meter poles positioned along the perimeter of the complex. The lighting system, which includes three main luminaires for functional illumination, was additionally equipped with an LED floodlight featuring specialized optics and the required power for architectural wash lighting (IntiSTARK-RI IMF49-2.2ABW26W38W48-11x52CH (120)).
The color palette was designed in accordance with the Art Deco style. Two lighting scenarios were developed:
Daily mode – amber, warm white, and cool white;
Festive mode – deep blue, violet, and muted pink.
These tones helped emphasize the luxury and aristocratic character of the complex, as well as the distinctive beauty of its façades after dark.

Additional Information:
In 2025, the completed architectural and artistic lighting project “Zorge.Premier”, implemented by IN LIGHTING, won the “Golden Photon 2025” industry award in the category “Lighting of Multi-Apartment Residential Complexes #NEW.”
