INTILED manufacture
is located in St.Petersburg, in "Zvezda" industrial park. On a territory of more than 2000 square meters a modern industrial complex is located. INTILED manufacture is able to produce more than 40 000 items per year, including luminaires, control system elements, power modules.
Highest level of organization and discipline at INTILED manufacture as well as implemented LEAN production and KAIZEN principles alltogether guarantee hyper precision quality of manufactured products and distinguishing predictability of INTILED projects, when the designed lighting system match totally with the installed one.

The LEAN production system
has been the “heart” of INTILED’s manufacturing process almost since the company’s founding. Starting with the implementation of basic principles such as workplace organization and electronic document management, we have evolved to fully adopt more than 20 principles and to structure our entire production process in accordance with the LEAN system.

LEAN production system
a concept of managing a manufacturing enterprise, based on the constant striving to eliminate all types of losses. Specifically in case of INTILED, LEAN means that the manufacturing time of one product, which is 5 days now, is absolutely improved time as the product being produced is always in a work process during these 5 days

Almost all workplaces at the INTILED factory are computerized. 5С workplace improvement and arrangement system is implemented.

we have built a multi-stage quality control system starting from the input control of incoming components, through the inter-operational control on almost every site, and to the Technical Control Department which performs full output control.
