Art Residence is a brand new designer set of premium-class residences whose exquisite atmosphere is created by, inter alia, high-quality facade lighting.
The idea of the lighting concept includes creating a luxurious indoor environment of a modern cour d'honneur. The idea was to achieve visually comforting results for the residence dwellers, pedestrians and drivers and to strike life into dark facades during nighttime to avoid the grim impression of an overbearing monolithic building complex. The main color temperature in facade lighting is 3000 K; additionally column-shaped luminaires and fixtures were used to illuminate the parking lot with a color temperature of 4000 K.
Illuminance levels are divided into multiple areas and selected with consideration for road safety, resident convenience and an aesthetic look:
а. Entry elements within the courtyard -- 50 lk,
b. Retailer entry elements on the main street -- 150 lk,
c. Pedestrian and car area -- 30 lk,
d. Accent islets of light on lawns -- up to 100 lk.
The project included IntiLED luminaires of several series, among them IntiLINE, IntiSLIM, IntiTUBE, IntiSTARK, IntiTOP and IntiSPOT series.
