All façade panels, the entire façade substructure, and the luminaires were finished in white. Even the cables and connectors were produced in light gray to maximize their invisibility within the façade assembly.
To simplify the installation of fixtures within façade cassettes of various widths and different mounting spacing, a customized universal mounting bracket was developed. It allowed the luminaires to be fixed both from the bottom of the housing and from the side.
Territory “Pritjazhenie” is a year-round multifunctional park space featuring a complex of buildings with a total area of approximately 100,000 m². The project’s implementation is included in the Development Strategy of the city of Magnitogorsk through 2035.
The architectural concept resembles a giant “flower”: its core is a glass kaleidoscope-like atrium housing a winter garden with hundreds of live plants, while the “petals” consist of seven themed zones offering various games and entertainment.
